Season Tickets for 2009/10 are no longer available.
4. When will my Season Tickets arrive?
Season Ticket packs will be sent to the address submitted to Ticketmaster at the time of purchase and all have now been posted, with most having arrived. Any tickets purchased after Monday 24th August will need to be collected from Donnybrook - these ticket holders have been notified of this. A number of tickets have been returned to Leinster Rugby by An Post as they were unable to be delivered. These will also need to be collected, and affected Season Ticket Holders have been. Please note that if you purchased more than one season ticket in any transaction all season tickets will be posted to the primary address. Ticketmaster will be creating accounts for all individuals whose details were provided, however this will be for the purpose of email updates during the season. Season Ticket holders who wish to ensure that their email address is on this mailing list should send their details to tickets@leinsterrugby.ie.
5. As a Season Ticket holder how do I gain access to matches?
Access is via the Season Ticket Card included in your pack. This is similar in size and weight to a credit card.
In the event of the loss or theft of your Season Ticket please contact the ticket office immediatley.
6. Can I collect tickets on match days?
Most match tickets will be sold directly from Ticketmaster and will be posted out to supporters. However, in certain circumstances it will be necessary to collect tickets prior to matches.
If you need to arrange a collection you must contact Leinster Rugby in advance. Tickets can be collected during office hours at Leinster Rugby offices in Donnybrook or at the Ticketmaster box office on Anglesea Road from three hours before kick off.
7. How do I join the Supporters Club?
Supporter membership is known as the Lions Blue package and can be purchased through Ticketmaster on the Season Ticket purchase page of our website. This is the primary method of securing membership of the Official Leinster Supporters Club without buying a season ticket.
8. How do I obtain tickets for away matches?
Tickets for Magners League away games must be sourced directly from the opposing team ticket office. They cannot be purchased through Leinster Rugby.
Tickets for Heineken Cup away games will be processed through the Leinster Rugby ticket office. Details of ticket allocation will be updated on our website and Season Ticket holders and members of the Supporters Club will be contacted via email as soon as we confirm details.
9. Can I get tickets for International matches through Leinster Rugby?
Leinster Rugby cannot guarantee fans any International match tickets. Season Ticket Holders will be entered into a lottery on request for the right to buy International tickets. These requests should be directed to the Ticket Office in Leinster Rugby.
