The Ireland team has been named to take on reigning world champions South Africa in the opening fixture of the Bank of Ireland Nations Series at Aviva Stadium on Saturday (Kick-off 5.30pm).

A total of 13 Leinster Rugby players have been named in the matchday squad with 10 in the starting 15.

Johnny Sexton will lead the side out as captain for his 109th cap. He will partner Conor Murray in the half-backs, who is due to win his 100th cap.

Robbie Henshaw and Garry Ringrose have been named as the starting centre partnership.

Hugo Keenan starts at full back in a back three that includes Mack Hansen and Robert Baloucoune.

It’s an all Leinster front row of Porter, Sheehan and Furlong.

James Ryan starts in the second row with Tadhg Beirne.

Peter O’Mahony, Josh Van Der Flier and Caelan Doris make up the back row.

Leinster’s Cian Healy, Jack Conan and Jamison Gibson-Park will be ready to make an impact from the bench when required.
