The following information is for Season Ticket holders that wish to: change their 2018/19 Season Ticket to another seat in the same category, upgrade their 2018/19 season ticket to a different category, or increase their ticket numbers.

Season Ticket holders will have the opportunity to do this from 10am on Wednesday, 4th April, until 5pm on Friday, 6th April.

To ensure you can view the interactive seat map via your online account the best option is to use a desktop PC or laptop to log into your online account as some devices are not compatible with the website software.

This information has also been emailed to all Season Ticket holders.

If you wish to move or upgrade:

Please follow these instructions which will be available from 10am on Wednesday, 4th April, until Friday, 6th April:

  1. Log in to your Season Ticket account here.
  2. On the left hand side you will see an image that says ‘Upgrade Your Season Tickets’ – click on the ‘Upgrade Now’ link.
  3.  Select the seats you wish to change or swap then click ‘continue’.
  4. The seating plan that will allow you to select from all available seats by section. Go to your desired section and select from any available seats.
  5.  Review the exchange cost and select ‘checkout’.
  6.  Review your complete upgrade before clicking ‘upgrade seats’ as these will replace your previously selected seats.
  7.  Confirm your account password (same one used to log in).
  8.  Select delivery method.
  9.  Enter your payment details if required (for upgrade and additional seat purchases only).
  10. Tick the box to accept terms and conditions then complete payment.

If you wish to increase your ticket numbers:

Please follow these instructions which will be available from 10am on Wednesday, 4th April, until Friday, 6th April:

  1. Log in to your Season Ticket account here.
  2. Click on ‘Buy Tickets’.
  3. Select the appropriate event.
  4. Select your preferred tickets.
  5. Click ‘add to cart’.
  6. Select delivery method.
  7. Supply required personal information.
  8. Select payment option.
  9. Enter payment details.
  10. Agree to terms and conditions then click ‘submit
