Leinster remained in the Guinness PRO12 top two with a win over Ospreys at the RDS Arena on Saturday.
A first half try for Dan Leavy, his second in as many games, coupled with 11 points from the boot of Ian Madigan gave Leinster a 16-3 half-time lead.
Ospreys started the second half strongly. Sam Davies made it a 10-point game with 47th minute penalty. Then, just after the game moved into the final quarter, Dan Baker crossed for the Welsh side’s only try, which Davies converted to make it 16-13.
An Ian Madigan penalty a few minutes later extended Leinster’s lead, but Davies struck again to keep the margin at three points and that was how it finished.
