On Friday Leinster Rugby’s metro area Club Community Rugby Officers had an in-service in Wanderers FC where rugby officers held a screening session for 70 players from under 15’s teams in the metro area including DLSP, Malahide, Suttonians, Coolmine, Clontarf, Lansdowne, Mary’s, Clontarf, Greystones and Terenure…
The CCRO’S coached the players through a number of games and drills that enabled the metro coaches to gauge the skill level of the players so they can then give feed back to the club coaches of these players on area’s that they may need to work on .It also gives the metro coaches an idea of the players that will filter into next season metro squad.
A great day was had by all with a lot of good players showing the wares on the day.
