Dear Leinster Supporter,
On behalf of the team and management I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your loyal following so far again this season.
As you know, we lost our opening Heineken Cup game at home to London Irish. It was crucial that we won our away game to Brive the next week. Luckily a few results went our way and we are still in the mix in our pool.
The next couple of Heineken Cup games against the Scarlets will be crucial to our season, starting with the away game in Wales. Llanelli are leading our pool at this stage, so it will be a tough couple of weeks.
The lift the players feel from the support we receive, especially at the away fixtures, is enormous and goes a long way into winning these tough games. I know that many of you are planning your trips to support the team and if you can make the Scarlets game this week, the players and coaches would be very grateful.
We are all conscious of the massive financial and emotional commitment that each of you make to follow us and if you can make it to Llanelli next week I know that it can help set us up for the remaining rounds.
