Ardee Rugby Club was the venue for the North East Leinster Under-11’s festival earlier this month…

The blitz was attended by eight of the North East clubs which included Ardee, Ashbourne, Boyne, Dundalk, Ratoath, Balbriggan, Skerries and Navan. All games kicked off at 11am with some great displays of sportsmanship and skills shown by all involved.

The club would like to thank all the teams who attended, all of the parents for coming along to support their teams and a very special thank you to the coaches and referees for making the event a success on the day.

Ardee Rugby Club youths training takes place in Townspark Ardee every Wednesday night at 7pm. New and experienced players are always very welcome.

The club is holding two fancy dress parties to raise funds for new floodlights for the grounds to help further develop the facilities and make the club more appealing to all.

This evening (Friday) from 6-8pm in the Bailey there will be an Under-12 fancy dress Halloween party and disco with plenty of ghouls and ghosts to keep you entertained with plenty of prizes on the night! Admission is €;5.
