Ideally a player/ coach but would if the right candidate was available solely in a coaching role.
Coach would need a strong personality and encourage growth within the team.
From a strong coaching background with plenty of experience management/coaching/ and/or playing experience in senior rugby sides.
We are interested in ambitious coaches, who will achieve with us and who we can work with to further develop their coaching career. Experience is important – but attitude, energy and commitment is as important to us.
