Co. Carlow FC are currently seeking a new head coach for the 2019/20 season.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of an IRFU accredited stage 3 coaching qualification and demonstrate a proven track record of working with and developing rugby.

Ideally, Co Carlow would like a coach who has coached/played at AIL level or higher. The club will provide coaching pathway, giving further coaching opportunities as the club expands and your career develops.

A comprehensive support structure surrounds the senior men’s teams with a team manager, physiotherapist, video analysis, strength and conditioning coach and fully equipped gym along with some of the finest playing facilities in the province.

They currently field four adult men’s sides and one women’s team. They have strong youths and minis sections which all feed into the adult system.

As the oldest provincial club in Leinster, they have a strong tradition in the game and have achieved success at all levels. The first team will play in Leinster League Division 1B next year with the focus on gaining promotion.

They have an ambitious and talented young group of players who are keen to push on to the next level and win promotion to Division 1A.
