The girls in the club find that there are a lot of ladies involved in other sports in the county and just wanted to promote the club and game to these ladies to try and recruit some new players to add to their very successful squad.
On a lovely sunny Saturday it turned out to be a very successful experiment with a turnout of 12 ladies. We ran a two hour session covering many skills and fun aspects of the game.
The club were very happy with this and are looking into setting up another session in the coming weeks.
