Coolmine RFC’s AGM took place recently and the club honoured those who have given their time and energy to the club…

This year’s ‘Club Woman of the Year’ is Karen Keogh. As well as looking after mini’s and youths registrations (a massive job in itself) she has also was involved in many social and fundraising events during the year including organising the very successful ‘Walk in the Park’ a successful end of season fundraiser.

‘Club Man of the Year’ is Peter Taaffe.

Peter has put in tremendous work in the club grounds over the last few seasons. It is difficult to arrive at Ashbrook any evening and not find Peter on a tractor cutting grass or lining the pitches.

It’s hard working people who give their personal time up on a regular basis that make Coolmine RFC the great club it is today.
