Four well known Wexford faces were appointed as Wexford Ambassadors in July 2010.
They include authors Colm Toibin and Eoin Colfer; Leinster and Ireland centre Gordon D’Arcy and soccer international Kevin Doyle.
A host of Wexford people attended the launch, and a new website www.wexfordambassadors.ie has been designed for the programme.
The launch on Wednesday will highlight June 25 which is the newly designated ‘Wexford Day’.
