Following on from our phenomenal success in 2014-15, Dundalk Rugby Football Club is looking for a Head Coach / Player Coach who can continue to drive the club forward in the AIL Division 2C and beyond.
Dundalk currently fields three adult men’s sides with a strong youths and minis system feeding into our adult sides.
As one of the oldest clubs in Leinster, we have been one of the top Junior clubs in Leinster for the past thirty years and have achieved success at all levels. The first team have just been promoted to Senior Status and will play in A.I.L. Division 2C next year .
We have an ambitious and talented young group of players who are keen to push on, continue to develop, and achieve success as a Senior club.
A comprehensive support structure is in place surrounding the senior men’s teams with a strong team manager, medical team and assistant coaching team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of an IRFU accredited level 1 coaching qualification and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working with, and developing players.
Ideally we would like a player who has played at AIL level or higher. The club will provide coaching pathway, giving further coaching opportunities as the club expands and your career develops.
