The team was captained by current J1 Manager Bruce Chapman. This was Enniscorthy’s first Towns Cup at either J1, J2, J3 or J4 levels since their J2 success in 1995.
Only one player on this team – Maurice Condon – had won a Towns Cup medal previously and he had the distinction of captaining the 1995 J2 side.
The last time Enniscorthy won the J4 Dunne Cup was 19 years ago, which incidentally featured the manager of the current team – Jack Redmond.
