The final three camps of the summer are taking place across the province this week
The eighth and final week of this years Herald Summer Camps is well underway in three venues across the province. Blackrock College RFC, Clontarf RFC, and North Kildare RFC are the clubs hosting this weeks camps with more than 400 boys and girls taking part. Today saw visits to the camps from members of the Leinster senior squad. The Blackrock camp was visited by Brendan Macken & Luke Fitzgerald, Jack McGrath and Devin Toner were in Clontarf while Michael Bent and Ben Marshall made the trip to the North Kildare camp. The five day camp has proved to be a major hit with youngsters this year with all 21 of the camps selling out in advance. All camp goers are coached by IRFU accredited coaches ensuring all players leave the camps a better player. With two more days to go of the camps there are sure to be plenty more surprises and fun to be had.
