The week of The Herald Leinster Rugby Summer Camps came to a close today…
Week two of The Herald Leinster Rugby Summer Camps took place this past week with more than 300 boys and girls taking part. Coolmine RFC, Kilkenny RFC and Terenure RFC were the venues for an action packed, fun filled week of rugby under the tutelage of IRFU accredited coaches.
Wednesday last saw one of the highlights of the week when members of the Leinster team popped in to each camp for a visit. Each camp goer had the opportunity to get autographs and photos with the players who even hung around and took part in some of the games. The camp in Coolmine RFC was visited by Luke Fitzgerald and Sam Coghlan-Murray, Kilkenny RFC welcomed out half Jimmy Gopperth and Aaron Dundon, while Isaac Boss and Richardt Strauss made the short trip to Terenure RFC.
Next week the camps continue across the province with our three venues being Greystones RFC, Lansdowne FC and Mullingar RFC. Please note that all remaining camps have now SOLD OUT.
Make sure to follow the Official Leinster Rugby Facebook and Twitter pages for exclusive photos and news from all camps throughout the week.
