Leinster Rugby’s Andrew Goodman, Jimmy Gopperth, Ben Marshall and Darren Hudson joined in on the fun and tough training at The Herald Leinster Rugby Summer Camp in Railway Union RFC and Wexford Wanderers on Wednesday…

The Leinster players were on hand to help aspiring rugby stars of tomorrow improve their fitness, fine tune their rugby kills, such as passing, tackling, evasion and kicking, and of course to join in on the great craic!

The Herald Leinster Rugby Summer Camps are open to boys and girls aged 6 to 12 and are run by fully accredited IRFU coaches. The camps, as sponsored by the Herald, are taking place across 19 venues throughout the province in July and August and runs from Monday’s through to Friday from 9.30am to 1.30pm.

As well as learning new skills, meeting Leinster players and making new friends, each camp attendee receives an official Canterbury of New Zealand Leinster Pack which includes a t-shirt, ball, boot bag and water bottle. All camp goers will also get to have a look at the three trophies the Leinster team won this year-Rabo, Amlin and B & I Cups.

Next week the camps are kicking off in Kilkenny RFC, Coolmine RFC and Terenure College RFC.

Places are still available and you can book today by logging on to www.leinsterrugby.ie/camps
