Guest speakers announced for 2018 Bank of Ireland Leinster Rugby School of Excellence

The 2018 Bank of Ireland Leinster Rugby School of Excellence is fast approaching, and we are delighted to announce this year’s guest speakers.

After Leinster Rugby’s tremendous European Champions Cup success last Saturday, it’s fantastic to have the coaching team behind the victory coming to talk to the players attending this year’s School of Excellence

Guest Speakers confirmed for the 2018 Bank of Ireland Leinster School of Excellence:

Leo Cullen – Leinster Rugby Head Coach
Stuart Lancaster – Leinster Rugby Senior Coach
John Fogarty – Leinster Rugby Scrum Coach
Emmet Farrell – Lead Analyst & Kicking Coach

The camp is very nearly sold out with close to 1,000 players from overseas and throughout Ireland taking part in the 21st year of the famous rugby programme.

Full availability now only remains for individuals or large groups on week three (30th July – 3rd August).

We also have full availability for residential and non-residential places for the girls’ camp which will be run alongside the boys’ camps.

Girls’ camp:

23rd – 27th July – Residential and non-residential available

Boys’ camp:

16th – 20th July – SOLD OUT
24th – 28th July – Residential SOLD OUT; 18 non-residential available
30th July – 3rd August – Limited residential and non-residential available
6th – 10th August – Non-residential available only

Stephen Maher, Leinster Rugby School of Excellence Manager, said: “We’re delighted with the uptake of our Bank of Ireland Leinster School of Excellence programme and how it has been received in general. Weeks 1, 2 and 4 are now sold out even with our increased capacity. It’s really going to be a fantastic experience for those attending both on and off the field. We are also thrilled the coaches from the Leinster Senior set up will give their time to come and share some of their experiences. With the success in the Champions Cup this season the boys and girls will get a real insight into the professional game.”
