The Leinster Rugby coaching team have issued an injury update following Friday’s 50-15 win over Dragons at the RDS Arena in the Guinness PRO14.

There are no fresh concerns ahead of the first Interprovincial tie of the season, against Connacht at the Sportsground on Friday evening (KO 7.35pm).

On his return to action from an ankle injury, Ciarán Frawley came on as a replacement in that win over Dragons with no complications.

Full back Hugo Keenan picked up a minor ankle injury late in the game against Zebre in Round 4 and is due to return to training this week, as is Ed Byrne who has recovered from a neck injury.

Fergus McFadden (elbow), Seán Cronin (neck), Jack Conan (foot), Barry Daly (knee) and Dan Leavy (knee) all remain unavailable for selection this week.
