Johnny Sexton, Garry Ringrose, Cian Healy, Devin Toner, Tadhg Furlong and Dan Leavy all come in to start for Ireland in Saturday’s second Test against Australia in Melbourne.

Sexton, who came on in the second half of the first Test, is selected in a half-back pairing with Conor Murray

Ringrose comes in at outside-centre, with Robbie Henshaw moving to 12. Rob Kearney is once again named at full-back.

Cian Healy is set to win his 80th Ireland cap in a new-look front row with Leinster Rugby teammate Tadhg Furlong and Munster’s Niall Scannell.

James Ryan has been retained in the second row from last Saturday’s defeat in Brisbane and will be partnered by Toner.

Leavy is named in the back row alongside Munster’s Peter O’Mahony and CJ Stander.
