Recruitment for Ireland Under-18 Club Coach…
The Irish Rugby Football is looking for applications for the role of Ireland Under-18 Club Coach for the 2011/12 season. The role of the Coach is to provide the Squad with a quality rugby experience aligned to player capacities while achieving desired results through effective coaching and good team performances. The Milestone event will be two international matches.
Applicants should satisfy the following criteria;
i. Essential:
? IRFU Level 2 Accredited Coach (Stage 4 rugby);
? Appropriate Head Coaching experience (Stage 4 rugby minimum 3yrs);
? Planning, Organisational & Management Skills (Interpersonal, Leadership, Motivational and Teamwork).
ii. Desirable:
? Experience of coaching representative U18, U19 or U20 XV’s

The Irish Rugby Football Union is seeking applications for the role of Ireland Under-18 National School Manager for the 2011/12 season. The role of the Manager is to provide the Ireland Under-18 National School Team with a quality rugby experience, and support the Coach in achieving the desired results through effective management of the team. The Milestone event will be the 6 Nations /FIRA festival in April 2012.
Applicants should satisfy the following criteria;
i. Essential:
? Previous experience as a team manager with a National Team or Provincial team at age grade level or other Stage 4 rugby team (minimum 3yrs experience);
? Strong Organisational & Management Skills (Preparation, Planning, Operational, Interpersonal and Teamwork).
ii. Desirable:
– Experience in education or student support.
