The Leinster Under-20 team, sponsored by SWORD Security, cut loose to register six second-half tries in their 48-6 demolition of Connacht in Friday night’s opening game of the interprovincial series in Donnybrook.
Similarly the Leinster Under-19 team sponsored by SWORD Security, eclipsed Connacht three tries-to-one to win 21-7 in Saturday’s opening game of their Interprovincial series at Templeville Road.
The Leinster Under-18 Schools team, sponsored by Newstalk, was too good for great rivals Munster in the first game of the Schools Interprovincial Championship which the hosts won 28-14 in a gripping game at Donnybrook on Saturday.
This week will see the Under-20 team play Munster Under-20 team in Thomond Park at 7.30pm tonight while Musgrave Park will host our Under-19 team who will face Munster A in the second round of the Interprovincial series at 2.30pm. The Leinster Under-18’s team will take on Ulster A in Belfast Harlequins at 2.30pm.
