A crowd of in excess of 270 listened to guest speaker Leinster Coach Michael Cheika outlined a speech on leadership and motivation, drawing on his experiences with the province and in the business world.
Following this he conducted a questions and answers session from the enthusiastic audience.
The attendees represented a wide range of leading businesses across Leinster and Ireland and a significant membership of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce was also present.
