Eleven points from the boot of Leinster out-half Ian McKinley helped the Ireland Under-20s on their way to a 16-9 victory over Argentina in the IRB TOSHIBA Junior World Championship in Japan…
A first half try from new centre Nevin Spence pushed Ireland on their way and Ireland will now face New Zealand on 9th June in good spirits.
There were strong performances from all nine of the starting Leinster contingent, with Ian Madigan and David Kearney particularly impressive, while replacement Eamonn Sheridan also made a big impact in the second half.
