Rory O’Loughlin, who missed the Zebre game with a shoulder injury, has returned to full training this week and will be reviewed again ahead of the team announcement tomorrow at midday.
Dave Kearney has been slower to recover from his ankle injury suffered in the away win against Cardiff and continues to be assessed.
However Mike Ross has definitely been ruled out of the game with a high grade hamstring injury suffered in the last round win in Parma. He is being re-scanned this week to further assess the severity of the injury.
Jordi Murphy had ACL surgery last week and will commence his rehabilitation programme as soon as possible.
Cathal Marsh, Fergus McFadden, Billy Dardis and Ian Fitzpatrick continue to be unavailable for selection with longer term injuries.
