After their 17-34 victory away to Connacht Juniors, the Leinster Rugby Juniors have announced an unchanged starting XV for Saturday’s game against Munster at Coolmine RFC (KO 2.30pm).

On the bench, Cathal Bannon of Monkstown replaces Morgan Merriman, while previously uncapped player Robin Foot of Portlaoise replaces Tom Barron.

Ahead of the game, Head Coach Enda Finn, said: “We were very content with our performance against Connact particularly our defensive game in the last 20 when we held out against what seemed like wave after wave of Connacht attacks. Also, as a group, we took immense satisfaction from our replacements not just closing out the game but scoring the last try, which is a real positive to bring forward into the Munster game.

“Munster are of course the first fixture you look for and they have been the benchmark over the last three years. They will provide a massive examination of our young team but we are going to bring a massive energy to Coolmine on Saturday and are looking forward to the occassion.”
