The ‘best practice’ exchange workshop will be run at the Leinster Rugby office in UCD on Monday, 15th April at 7.15pm…
The aim is for clubs to exchange their experiences and to provide an opportunity for clubs to learn about what works well in other clubs.
Six clubs will give short presentations during the evening and these will include:
a) Malahide RFC who will give an overview of their membership scheme
b) Lansdowne FC who will provide information about their Social Media strategy
c) Dundalk RFC who will explain how volunteers refurbished their clubhouse and how they consequently went on to develop income streams in the refurbished club house.
What you will take away:
In this exchange of ideas and Best Practice workshop you will be encouraged to ask questions and share your experiences. Everyone will be able to bring away new and innovative ways to help your club. You will also meet new people and create new contacts where you can continue to develop and share your ideas to help support each other and help develop rugby in Ireland.
