The draws for the Powerade Leinster Schools Junior and Senior Cup competitions took place in St. Mary’s College RFC, Templeville Road on Monday evening…

A healthy gathering of representatives and coaches from the various schools kick-started the four competitions; the Schools Junior and Senior as well as the Fr. Godfrey (Junior) and Vinnie Murray (Senior) Cup competitions.
Pick of the draws in the Junior Cup was the pairing of St. Mary’s College v Terenure College who were the last schools to be drawn.
In the Senior Cup, Belvedere College SJ will face the reigning champions Blackrock College in the opening round, with the tie of St. Gerard’s v Terenure College also set to whet the appetite.
