The Leinster Schools Senior League reaches the ¼ Final Stages on Wednesday next, 20th November. All kick-offs are 2.30pm with home venue going to the first school in each case…

Castleknock College will face CBC Monkstown. Castleknock were unbeaten in Section B with 5 wins out of 5 and scoring an impressive 133 points. CBC Monkstown goes in to the game having won 2 from 5 in Section A.

Cistercian College, Roscrea who was last year’s winners, take on Wesley College. King’s Hospital play St. Andrew’s who drew with Newbridge College in Section A. Newbridge College will play Kilkenny College.

The Senior League is confined to Section B schools that have benefited from the excellent program of competitive matches. All eight schools are now through to the draw for the first round of the Senior Challenge Cup which takes place on Monday 9th December where they will be joined by the six premier schools and the two finalists from the Vinnie Murray Cup. It is interesting to note that 14 of the Leinster U18 Schools Championship Winning Squad were selected from Section B Schools.

The Leinster Schools take on the Australian Schools in Donnybrook on Wednesday 11th December, KO 7.00pm. Don’t miss what promises to be an excellent game. Tickets are on sale through the schools.
