Leinster will face the reigning European champions at the Aviva on Easter Sunday, 1st April (KO 3.30pm).
Leinster finished the pool stage as the top seeds having won all six matches against Exeter Chiefs, Glasgow Warriors and Montpellier, with 27 points.
Saracens came second in Pool 2 behind Clermont Auvergne on 18 points meaning they finished as 8th seeds for the knockout stage.
The 2016 and 2017 European champions won their opening two games away to Northampton Saints (13-57) and at home to Ospreys (36-34), but lost out in back-to-back clashes with last year’s beaten finalists Clermont (14-46 & 24-21).
A 15-15 draw in Round 5 away to Ospreys meant Saracens needed a big win at home to Northampton this weekend and they delivered with a massive 62-14 victory against their Premiership rivals.
Saracens finished the pool stage having scored more points (205) and tries (24) than any other side.
