International referee Alan Lewis visited Ashbourne RFC to deliver his ‘Art of Refereeing’ presentation to the North East Area of the Leinster Rugby Referees…
Over 40 referees from all over Leinster attended the meeting, Alan enthralled all present with his excellent communication style and gave good advice to all and it was clear that referees of all levels took away new skills to apply to their next match.
Refreshments were kindly provided by Ashbourne rugby club on the night, which everyone enjoyed while having the opportunity to chat to Alan after the presentation.
The North East Area of the Leinster Rugby Referees would like to thank Alan for a memorable presentation.
This was Alan’s second appearance in two weeks at rugby venues, last week Alan and Alain Rolland had a Q+A session with the OLSC in the new ‘Laighin Out’ bar in the RDS.
