It is a FREE Employment Law Seminar and all are welcome to attend on the night-both members and non-members.
This session will be an extensive overview of legislative updates for employers which would run approximately two hours long. Delivered by Barrister Kevin Callan this seminar will demonstrate the importance of getting it right when it comes to running a business and the law.
Some of the topics that will be covered will include absence management, dealing with redundancy, contracts of employment and the protection they can offer, employee stress and how to deal with it, social media in the workplace, how to avoid tribunals, understanding health and safety requirements. Our aim is to teach business owners how to protect their business and stay legally compliant.
