At tonight’s match in the RDS Arena with Ospreys, Leinster Rugby will ask those in attendance to observe a moment of silence in memory of Jack Kyle.
The great Jack Kyle passed away on Thursday night aged 88. A member of the 1948 Irish Grand Slam winning team, Kyle also played for Ulster, and made six appearances for the British and Irish Lions.
Leinster Rugby would like to express our condolences to his family, his friends, his team mates and everyone who is mourning his loss today.
They seek him here,
They seek him there,
Those Frenchies seek him everywhere,
That paragon of pace and guile,
That damned elusive Jackie Kyle.
May he rest in peace.
