Andrew Conway moves to the right wing, with JJ Hanrahan taking his place at full-back to complete the back three.
Tyler Bleyendaal is named at inside centre, partnering Chris Farrell in midfield.
The half-back partnership of Conor Murray and Ian Keatley is retained from last weekend’s bonus point win over Cardiff Blues at Thomond Park.
