Navan RFC currently have an opportunity open for a coach to work with the Senior Ladies team.

The candidate needs to have the ability and experience to coach at Senior level and to also help develop the under age girls system with a view to creating a pathway between the Youths/Mini sections and the Senior Ladies team.

Their ambition is to have the best in class under age system in place, to train and develop the girls so that they can seamlessly slot into the Senior Ladies team. Navan RFC’s aim is to have the Senior Ladies team playing AIL Division 1 in the near future.

Navan RFC are looking at this position in the long term and are looking for a forward thinking coach who is willing to help them achieve the outlined ambitions.

Navan RFC was founded in 1924 and has been to the forefront in developing rugby in the area since then.

For the 2019/20 season, Navan Senior Men’s team will play in the All Ireland League Division 1B while the Senior Ladies team will play in the Leinster Women’s League Division 3.
