Leinster Rugby have today announced a new ticketing initiative which will be launched at the Connacht Rugby game in the Guinness PRO12 on New Year’s Day. Leinster are also launching a new tab on the Leinster Rugby App which will bring random rewards to fans who download the App and attend the game.
Leinster Rugby’s Student Pass is a brand-new ticket designed exclusively for college students!
As former students ourselves, we know that you study hard, are strapped for cash, and sometimes need to get off campus and have some fun. So what better way to start the New Year than in the RDS for the interpro game with Connacht!
The Leinster Student Pass program allows you to sign up to receive text notifications about last-minute tickets for just €;10.
How do you get the Student Pass? Signing up is easy!
1. Register for text notifications by going to leinsterrugbystudentpass.com on your iPhone or Android phone.
2. For each fixture you will receive a text alert when tickets are available. Click the link in the text to purchase tickets with your credit card.
3. Your mobile barcodes will be assigned immediately upon purchase. You can use these barcodes to scan into Gate G, Anglesea Road where you will also need to present your Student ID card.
4. Your seats will be delivered approximately two hours before the start of the fixture. A steward will verify your seats by asking you to tap the “Staff Validate” button in the app.
Leinster Rugby Student Pass prices start at €;10 and are limited to six passes per transaction.
The Connacht fixture will also see a number of new initiatives being launched through the Leinster Rugby App where supporters selected at random will have the opportunity to redeem limited offers from Leinster Rugby.
They will be on a first come, first served basis but make sure to download the App to be in with a chance of winning some fantastic Leinster Rugby loot including signed match day programmes, Leinster goodie bags and free seat upgrades in the RDS.
The new initiatives have been developed in association with our partners Experience – www.ExpApp.com – and the Connacht Rugby game on New Year’s Day will be just the start of new and exciting opportunities for Leinster Rugby fans and Season Ticket Holders.
