Leinster Rugby intend to host two games for the Season 2010/11 in the Aviva Stadium. We have yet to confirm which two fixtures will be involved, however we are currently making arrangements for the transfer of our Season Ticket holders into this state of the art stadium.
Unfortunately due to restrictions from the stadium management we are not permitted to have any unreserved sections for our Season Ticket holders which means Season Ticket holders in the Terrace, South Stand and North Stand will be assigned a reserved seat. In an effort to keep our Season Ticket holders together in the groups they normally attend matches with we would ask you to assist us.
If you wish to sit beside specific ticket holders from your usual section in the RDS please reply to this email (ensuring that your section name is in the subject line eg. South Stand) along with your own account number and the account numbers of the Season Ticket holders you wish to sit with from that section. It would be of great assistance if you could arrange with friends for only one person to do this so as to avoid duplication of these requests. Please note it will not be possible to action any of these requests without account numbers, however if your Season Tickets are already in one single account (eg Family Season Ticket holders) you do not need to send us any email as you will automatically be assigned seats together.
IMPORTANT: If you originally purchased more than one Season Ticket and subsequently requested that we transfer it to a friend/family member’s account you will need to follow the guidelines above to ensure you are seated together.
We require this information by Friday, 30thJulyafter which time you will be automatically assigned a seat by the system. No further changes will be possible after this date.
