Old Belvedere Ladies First Team Coach Vacancy…

Old Belvedere Women’s Rugby First XV are recruiting for a Backs Coach to help build on the success of the ’13 –’14 season in which the team won the All Ireland League (AIL) Division One Title.  
 
OBRFC has a vibrant Women’s section consisting of three teams competing respectively in AIL Division 1, AIL Division 2 and Leinster Division 4. Our J1s  compete in AIL Division 2 this coming season having won Leinster Division 1 and securing promotion last year. The J2s are a development team playing in Leinster Division 4 and the starting point for any players new to rugby. OBRFC are proud to not only be the largest Women’s squad in the country boasting International and Provincial players but also the first women’s rugby team in Ireland to field 2 AIL teams.
 
We are seeking a coach with energy, enthusiasm and excellent coaching skills who can deliver high quality training sessions and effectively manage the requirements of an AIL Division 1 team.
 
Old Belvedere Women’s Rugby has seen huge growth in the past 20 years and are dedicated to establishing themselves as one of the most progressive and dynamic teams in the country.
This is a superb coaching opportunity for an individual seeking to develop and willing to dedicate themselves to gain success with the exciting group of players at Old Belvedere.
 
The applicant must be minimum IRFU accredited Level 1 (or equivalent) and have experience of planning and delivering sessions in a high performance environment with a player centred / game related approach to coaching and developing players. Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous.  Also required is an ability to analyse technical and tactical aspects of the game and possess a level of knowledge that allows the players to achieve their potential.
