All members of the OLSC as of June 30, 2009 will be entitled to attend at the AGM and those over 18 years of age may vote at the meeting.
Due to some committee members stepping down at the AGM there are some vacancies to be filled. We urge interested people who feel that they have something to offer and who are not afraid of hard work to seek nomination. Please be aware that committee members need to be able to devote several hours on match days as well as some time during the week to the Club.

Nomination forms may also be obtained from the OLSC, c/o the Leinster Branch, 55 Main Street, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, or requested by e-mail from olsc@leinsterrugby.ie
Nominees for election to the committee must have been a full member of the OLSC for at least six months on July 17, 2009. Nominees must be nominated by two people who are full members of the OLSC on this date.
The closing date for nominations for committee membership for the 2009/2010 season will be July 17, 2009. Completed nomination forms must be returned to the OLSC, c/o the Leinster Branch, 55 Main Street, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, by 5pm on July 17.

- Approval of minutes of inaugural AGM held on 30 August 2008
- Receipt of the President’s annual report
- Consideration of the accounts of the OLSC for the financial year ended 30 June 2009
- Election of committee members for the 2009/2010 season
