Five season ticket holders have been nominated for the seven open positions for the 2013/14 committee of The Official Leinster Supporters Club (OLSC). This means that the incoming committee will be deemed elected by a simple show of hands at the AGM.
For the office of president there was just one candidate, John Martin who joined the committee part way through last season.
The committee for the coming season will therefore consist of:
John Martin
Jarrod Bromley
Gavin Doyle *
Liz Power *
Ginine Power *
*denotes new member to the committee.
Under the constitution of the Club, the incoming committee may co-opt up to a further two committee members, this will be considered by the group during the summer break.
The Club would like to thank those stepping down this season for their efforts.
One motion was received and will be voted on at the meeting:
Effective the 2014/15 committee term, any incoming club president must have served a previous term as a committee member before being elected to office.
The Pro12 and British & Irish Cup trophies will both be at the AGM, members are welcome to come and have their photo taken before/after proceedings.
While pre-registration is not required to attend the AGM, it would assist with planning on the day. Registration can be made by emailing olsc@leinsterrugby.ie
