With the Early Bird Offer closing in one week for the Leinster School of Excellence in the King’s Hospital, the very popular summer programme has been filling up and there are only a total of 300 places left…

Due to the increase demand and interest in the summer programme, the ‘School of Excellence’ is being extended from a three week to a four week programme. The ‘School of Excellence’ has grown rapidly since its inception 16 years ago and year on year the number of talented youngsters attending has steadily grown.

This year’s dates are as follows;

Week 1: 21st July – 25th of July.
Week 2: 28th July – 1st of August.
Week 3: 4th August – 8th of August.
Week 4: 11th August – 15th of August

Leinster Rugby offer both residential (players arrive Sunday evening before camp) and non-residential packages for this quality rugby experience. Whether you choose residential or a non-residential camp, you will live, breathe, eat and sleep rugby for the week like the Leinster professional players do. The level of coaching that you will receive is superb and coaches include boasts professional rugby players, current professional coaches from Leinster Rugby, Universities and All Ireland League clubs.

The content of this year’s camp has been modified to include information from every facet of the modern professional rugby player’s life, including the following;

1) Professional nutritional tips
2) Professional, experienced coaches
3) In depth video analysis (covering all aspects of the game)
4) Gym introduction for older groups
5) Swimming pool recovery sessions daily
6) Questions & answers session with coaches upon completion of camp
