Ticket sales for Leinster Rugby’s Champions Cup Quarter-Final against Saracens at Aviva Stadium this Sunday, 1st April (Easter Sunday), have passed the 49,000 mark with the final 2,000 or so tickets available still on leinsterrugby.ie.
The public sale for the meeting with the reigning European champions saw over 10,000 tickets snapped up on the first day.
A limited number of €10 tickets were available and supporters also had the option to avail of a limited two-premium-tickets-for-€90 offer, which both quickly sold out.
Leinster finished the pool stage as the top seeds having won all six matches against Exeter Chiefs, Glasgow Warriors and Montpellier.
Saracens came second in Pool 2 behind Clermont Auvergne on 18 points meaning they finished as 8th seeds for the knockout stage.
Leo Cullen’s men scored 176 points and 22 tries over their six games. The only team to score more were Saracens with 205 points and 24 tries after their Round 6, 62-14, defeat of Northampton Saints.
