The first of the Saturday action will be refereed by George Clancy (Ireland) who takes charge of the Biarritz Olympique-Ospreys game in the Spanish city of San Sebastian.
Nigel Owens of Wales will handle the clash of two former champions, Munster and Northampton Saints, at Thomond Park, and Alan Lewis (Ireland) will referee the all-French quarter-final between Toulouse and Stade Francais at Le Stadium on Sunday, 11 April.
