At last night’s game in the RDS Arena we said farewell to two Leinster legends.
The phenomenal contributions from Gordon D’Arcy and Shane Jennings during their time at Leinster has seen them make a combined 467 appearances for the province, winning European and league titles along the way.
A wonderful ovation from the 11,332 supporters that braved the elements greeted both players as they made their way out on to the pitch.
Jennings appeared on the pitch at half-time, with D’Arcy, who came on for the final 20 minutes of the game, receiving his ovation after the final whistle.
