Jack Conan bagged a try on his Leinster debut, with the 21 year old also picking up the Man of the Match award.
Michael Bent also scored his first try, with Eoin Reddan and Richardt Strauss the other try scorers for Leinster.
The win puts Leinster at the top of the PRO12 table, two points ahead of Munster.
