The Leinster Rugby team, proudly sponsored by Bank of Ireland, to take on Ulster Rugby in a top-of-the-table clash in the BKT United Rugby Championship tomorrow in the RDS Arena, has been named by Leo Cullen (KO: 7.35pm – live on TG4, RTÉ Radio and URC TV).
A limited amount of tickets remain available for the first RDS Interprovincial match of the season, and can be bought HERE.
Ireland internationals Jamison Gibson-Park, James Lowe and Hugo Keenan are set for their first Leinster appearances of the season. Gibson-Park and Keenan both featured for Ireland in the November Internationals, while Lowe is set to make his seasonal bow.
Cullen has named seven players in his starting lineup, from the side that defeated Ulster in Kingspan Stadium earlier this season.
Garry Ringrose captains the team once more, and he is joined by Jimmy O’Brien, Michael Ala’alatoa, Jason Jenkins, and the back row of Ryan Baird, Josh van der Flier and Jack Conan.
Keenan starts at full-back, with O’Brien and Lowe on the wings. Ringrose is joined in the centre by Jamie Osborne.
Ross Byrne and Gibson-Park form the half back partnership, selected by Cullen.
After successfully returning from injury last week, Rónan Kelleher will pack down in the front row with Cian Healy and Ala’alatoa.
James Ryan will partner Jenkins in the second row, with Baird, van der Flier and Conan completing the pack.
On the bench, Charlie Tector looks set for his first appearance in the RDS, after making his senior debut away to Scarlets in October.
