Roscrea Rugby Club is seeking applications for the position of head coach/player coach for the 2015/2016 season.
Based in Streamstown, just outside Roscrea town, Roscrea RFC currently field two adult men’s sides. The first team play in Leinster League Division 2B. We have an ambitious and talented young group of players who are keen to push on to the next level and win promotion back to Division 2A.
Roscrea RFC is a well-run, community-based, family-oriented club with a burgeoning youths and mini section. We have fine playing and training facilities.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of an IRFU accredited level 1 coaching qualification and demonstrate a proven track record of working with, and developing, both backs and forwards. Ideally we would like a player coach (either a forward or a back) who has played at high level. The club will provide coaching pathway, giving further coaching opportunities as the club expands and your career develops.
