Girls’ camps:

7th – 11th August (includes Bank Holiday Monday)
Note: the girls and boys camps are run separately.
Stephen Maher, Leinster School of Excellence Camp Manager, added:
“We are well and truly underway in our biggest School of Excellence programme to-date. Given that we’re in our 20th year, we have really fine-tuned the programme to tailor to the exact needs of each player group from 12-17 years. All players will notice a difference after attending the rugby programme and we’re hopeful that they can bring their newly developed skills back to their club or school game for the following season.”
Declan Fassbender, Community Rugby manager, said: “I’ve been involved with the Leinster School of Excellence programme for almost 10 years. Each year, the programme gets bigger and better. Two seasons ago, we added the girls’ rugby programme due to the increased development in the girls’ game across the province. We’ve seen players such as Joey Carbery, Tadhg Furlong and Eimear Corri all attend and progress through the Leinster Development pathways.”
