Supporters attending this Saturday’s Guinness PRO14 home game against Scarlets will have access to a new in-seat drinks delivery service called SeatServe, helping you to beat the queues and order from the bar via your smartphone.
The RDS Arena has been selected by Guinness to be the first venue in the Guinness PRO14 to trial SeatServe, following successful trials in the UK.
To use SeatServe, download the app for free from the App Store or Play Store. Register and input your seat details to bring up a list of available menu items to choose from, specify when you want it delivered (in-play only) and pay without cash.
To minimise disruption, deliveries will only be made during natural breaks in play, with the app securely storing your details for faster repeat ordering, meaning you’ll never have to miss another minute of a game.
A €1 delivery charge will cover all the costs associated with transaction fees, packaging and extra staffing.
The in-seat delivery option will only be available to supporters in the Anglsea Stand and Grandstand. Those in the North and South stands and terrace will have the ability to place an order for quick pickup (delivery is not possible due to the layout of the stadium). Any orders unfulfilled, for whatever reason, will be automatically refunded the next working day.
