The IRFU have confirmed that Johnny Sexton and Robbie Henshaw have been ruled out of Ireland’s Autumn Nations Cup game against England this Saturday through injury.
Sexton was replaced by Billy Burns 28 minutes into last Friday’s win over Wales at Aviva Stadium with a hamstring injury.
Henshaw played 70 minutes on Friday but will miss out on the England game with an adductor strain.
Ireland got their Autumn Nations Cup campaign off to a positive start with a 32-9 win at home against Wales.
The game saw James Lowe make his Ireland debut, with Rónan Kelleher and Jamison Gibson-Park making their first starts in green.
Ireland will travel to face England at Twickenham this Saturday (KO 3pm).
